Email hello@useharbor.io and a person will get back to you, usually within a day. Tell us which app you're using (Mac, iPhone or the web) and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Your account
- Sign in: with Apple, Google, or your email and a password. One account keeps your workspace the same on the Mac, iPhone and the web.
- Forgot your password: choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a 6-digit code.
- Use Raven without an account: on iPhone, choose "Not now". Add your own AI key in Settings and Raven works on this device without signing in.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account, on any device. It permanently deletes your account and everything synced to it. Your device keeps its own copy.
Your data
- Download your data: Settings → Account → Download your data (Mac and web), or Settings → Data → Export workspace backup (iPhone).
- What's collected and why: our Privacy Policy.
- AI companies: Raven asks before sending what you ask to an AI company for the first time. You can turn that off in Settings → Privacy on iPhone.
Raven's AI and your own keys
- Raven's AI comes with your account. Your room refreshes every few hours, with a weekly amount; Settings shows how much you've used and when it resets.
- Your own key: add an OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key in Settings. Your provider bills you, and Raven sets no limits. Keys stay on your device and go only to that provider.
Connected apps
Connect apps like Notion or Linear from Connections (in the sidebar on the Mac and web, in Settings on iPhone), signing in on their own page. Raven only reads from them. Disconnect any time from the same place, or from the app's own settings.
Shared boards and threads
What you share has a link. In its Share dialog you choose who can open it, remove people, or stop sharing, which makes the link stop working.
