These terms are an agreement between you and Harbor Labs LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Raven. By creating an account or using Raven, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Using Raven
- You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Use Raven lawfully. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no scraping it at scale, and no using it to harm others.
We may limit how often features can be used to keep Raven fair for everyone.
Your content
What you create in Raven is yours. You give us permission to store, sync and process it only to run Raven for you, for example to keep your workspace the same on every device and to run the searches you ask for.
AI and your own keys
- Raven uses AI models to answer and to set up boards. AI can be wrong. Check anything important, especially prices, specs and availability, before you rely on it.
- When you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key, your use of that provider is under its terms, and it bills you for that use. Raven doesn't control or pay for it.
Shopping
- Products on a board come from stores' listings. Prices, stock and details can change; the store's own page is what counts.
- Raven doesn't sell anything. When you buy, you buy from the store, under its terms, returns and warranties.
- Raven may earn a commission when you buy. It never influences what you see. How Raven makes money explains more.
Changes and ending
Raven will keep changing. We may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms and will say so in Raven or by email if a change is significant; continuing to use Raven means you accept the update.
You can stop using Raven and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers
Raven is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that Raven will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its answers or product information will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Raven is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
